DESCRIPTIONS:
2019 sparkling – A fine cider made by the Traditional Method of fermentation and long maturation in the bottle, producing a profusion of fine bubbles and a clear, bright golden colour. Made from carefully selected West Country cider apples to give a generous flavour with a good balance of tannin and acidity. Serve lightly chilled. Excellent on its own of with a wide range of savoury foods. Alc 8.3% Vol.
Perry – A fine sparkling perry made from Devon-grown perry pears, using the Traditional Method of in-bottle fermentation and maturation. Pale gold, fine bubbles, fruity flavour and a gentle dry aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif. Serve lightly chilled. Alc 7.6% Vol.
